About the Role

The ERP TechOps Operation Lead is responsible for ensuring the availability, up-to-dateness, and performance of the ERP landscape. The successful candidate must possess strong technical operational expertise to handle all technical aspects across the ERP landscape stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing technical support for ERP technology solutions.
  • Ensuring that all SAP solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Developing measures to improve security compliance and providing guidance and technical support to product teams.
  • Guiding and promoting optimal use of technology to support cost-effective delivery of business requirements.
  • Supporting delivery and sustainment of complex applications and business capabilities.
  • Regularly reviewing risks, compliance parameters, and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring timely review of vulnerability reports and supporting deployment/remediation efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience leading teams and balancing conflicting priorities.
  • Minimum 15+ years SAP Basis hands-on and technical architecture experience required.
  • Must have played an SAP BASIS Lead role for a large (50+ instances) SAP Environment.
  • Technical expertise in the following products:
  1. SAP ECC
  2. SAP APO
  3. SAP BW
  4. Azure Hosting
  5. DB - Oracle, HANA
  6. Netweaver
  7. SAP PI/PO
  8. SAP Solution Manager
  9. SAP GRC
  • Ability to manage escalation at Director level.
  • Effectively communicate and influence technical discussions with senior management.
  • Azure Compute Management (Linux, Compute Managed Disk).
