About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling automation products and solutions to high-end clients. Your expertise in building strong relationships with clients, including architects, electrical consultants, chief engineers, and lighting consultants, will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Generate sales by promoting and selling automation products, lighting controls, and audio video systems to high-end clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and professional representation of the company.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of projects.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end industries such as Lighting/Switches/Security Devices/Audio Visual/HIgh End Furniture/Bathroom fittings/High end Flooring/BMS or selling exclusive niche items that add value to hotel projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong self-confidence and ability to interact effectively with high-end clients.
  • Self-driven, team player with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Preferred: Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in sales within the Home Automation or related industries will also be considered.
