About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Fintech Product Manager to drive product strategy, build roadmaps, and work closely with engineering, business, and customer teams to deliver innovative fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in the fintech domain.">
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.">
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and engineering tasks.">
  • Prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.">
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and compliance teams.">
  • Lead agile product development processes - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.">
  • Monitor key KPIs to measure product success and optimize performance.">
  • Stay ahead of fintech and payments trends, including credit card products, to drive innovation.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer and stakeholder communication.">

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • ">
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, with fintech/credit card domain expertise.">
  • A proven track record of building and launching financial products.">
  • A strong understanding of product roadmap planning, strategy, and execution.">
  • Experience with agile methodologies, user research, and cross-functional collaboration.">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • A technical background (B.Tech/CS/Engineering preferred) with ability to work closely with engineering teams.">
  • Exposure to AI/technology integration in fintech is a plus.">
  • Consulting or client-facing experience will be an advantage.">
