Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to comprehend and interpret customer information.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, requests, and complaints.
* Raise requests and complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool.
* Generate leads and educate customers about new products and their benefits.
* Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Ability to comprehend and interpret customer information.
* Strong customer service focus.
* Knowledge of banking and credit cards preferred.

Work Timings:

9 hours (7 am - 8 pm) and (7 am - 12 am). Week offs: 6 rotational week offs per month. Languages Required: English and Hindi (Mandatory). Education: Graduates (Any stream). Fresher: 2.80 LPA. Experienced: Max 4.0 LPA. Job Location: Karapakkam, Chennai
