We are seeking a highly skilled Observational Database Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the scientific and methodological aspects of all observational database analytics and evidence synthesis with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have excellent programming skills, particularly in SAS, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a constantly changing environment and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

• Design and execute observational database studies and analyses using various data sources.
• Analyze complex data sets and interpret results to inform business decisions.
• Develop high-quality reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Masters degree in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in observational data studies.
• Professional programming skills in SAS and SQL, with experience in R and/or Python a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in statistical techniques, such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
