About the Role

We are building a cutting-edge AI-driven drug discovery platform that combines advanced structural modeling, generative design, and reinforcement learning agents to explore the vast chemical space for novel small-molecule therapeutics.

This is a strategic, non-lab role where you will bridge AI outputs with biological and chemical insight to ensure the most promising designs move forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bridge AI-generated designs with biological and chemical insights to identify the most promising candidates.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI outputs with experimental data and validation results.
  3. Develop and maintain expertise in computational chemistry and molecular modeling techniques to support the development of novel therapeutics.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computational Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in computational chemistry, molecular modeling, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
