We are seeking a talented AI/ML specialist to drive the development of cutting-edge AI-native software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

Job Summary:

As an AI/ML engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative AI-enabled products leveraging large language models and other recent advancements in foundation models. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performance search and retrieval augmented generation systems, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Create evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, taking a polyglot approach to working with LLMs with a strong preference for utilizing open-source models.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, proficient in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray a plus.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with experience in technologies such as Python, LlamaIndex, LangChain, Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
