Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Gen-AI Engineer to join our team.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven automation solutions to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.

  • Design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions using Gen-AI and ML-based frameworks.
  • Implement advanced algorithms and models to optimize business workflows and automate complex tasks.
  • Collaborate with process experts to understand requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI-driven automation solutions, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required, as well as a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development.

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP & Azure.
  • Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Deduction, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  • Experience with frameworks from LangChain.
  • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with voice recognition and synthesis technologies.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
