Automation Specialist - End-to-End Workflow Engineer

We seek an accomplished Automation Specialist to architect, develop and deploy comprehensive end-to-end automation systems. The focus is on seamlessly integrating tools into streamlined workflows.

The goal is to replace manual administrative processes with reliable automations that meet compliance standards.

  • Design document automations (receipts, contracts, audit packs, authority forms).
  • Build Slack command workflows for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM (fields, automations, deal stages).
  • Automate document generation (Google Docs → PDF → email → Drive storage).
  • Integrate DocuSign for e-signature workflows.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI.
  • Build compliance workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).
  • Develop dashboards & reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms (Make.com/Integromat, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
  • Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools & BGL Simple Fund 360.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent documentation habits.
