We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide solutions to customer issues while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Korean.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
- Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support is a plus.
- Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) is an advantage.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
