Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to take on this challenging role. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, engaging with customers, and working towards achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service
  • Initiate outbound calls to introduce skincare products and engage in effective communication to highlight the value proposition.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
Product Knowledge and Reporting
  • Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.
