Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance & Sales
● Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
● Understand and note customer needs and details.
● Assist with try-ons and provide styling advice.
● Drive sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
● Educate customers on jewellery care and maintenance.
● Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.
2. Client Relationship Management
● Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
● Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
● Provide after-sales service and address concerns professionally.
3. Store Operations & Merchandising
● Ensure jewellery displays are attractive and well-maintained.
● Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
4. Post Sale Process
● Assisting Sales Person with post sale process.
● Client Documentation.
