Job Title: Expert SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to partner with clients in the UK and help them optimize their HR processes. This role involves delivering seamless implementations, ensuring compliance with UK-specific regulations, and owning projects from start to finish.

  • Implement Successful Solutions: Work with UK-based customers to implement SuccessFactors solutions that meet local statutory and regulatory needs.
  • Conduct Business Process Reviews: Map workflows, identify pain points, and define actionable improvements for UK HR scenarios.
  • Facilitate Client Workshops: Align stakeholders and drive decisions in unionised and non-unionised environments.
  • Configure and Support: Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking for optimal UK HR performance.
  • Partner with Payroll and Technical Teams: Validate and support payroll integrations for seamless data exchange.
  • Deliver High-Quality Outputs: Provide consulting-quality process maps, gap analysis, recommendation logs, and future-state blueprints.
  • Proven Experience: Must have implemented SuccessFactors for UK-based organisations or worked on major workstreams.
  • Strong Background: In process mapping, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
  • Hands-On Expertise: EC Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking; experience with payroll integration touchpoints.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

Bonus points for experience in unionised environments, consulting-standard deliverables, or S/4HANA/Payroll touchpoints.
