Systems Configuration Specialist Position

This role is part of a team that supports the development and maintenance of web-based applications. We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills, system troubleshooting experience, and proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily support to users of the EtQ Reliance application via phone, email, or instant messaging.
- Troubleshoot system issues with users and collaborate with software vendors as needed.
- Perform system administration duties, including updating website information content and system data changes.
- Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
- Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
- Support software validation and change control activities.
- Develop charts, graphs, and reports using Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
- Contribute to the development of training materials.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.
