Job Title: IAM Engineer

The role of IAM Engineer is a challenging position that requires extensive knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

Our team seeks an experienced IAM Engineer who can design, implement, and maintain secure identity management solutions for our organization.

  • Design and implement IAM solutions using ISAM Module skills including Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), Federation, and LDAP operations support.
  • Experience with ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support is essential to this role, as well as administration and support for Base, AAC, Federation Modules.
  • Configuration of SSO solutions using Access Manager is also crucial for this position, as well as federated Single Sign on using SAML Standards.
  • Understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS, and good experience in migration of applications to ISAM Federation Model are necessary qualifications.
  • Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements, implementing Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC and other authentication mechanisms.
  • As an independent contributor, the successful candidate will be able to resolve issues and close tickets efficiently, working closely with the team.
  • Day-to-Day operations support activities will be part of the job, along with workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries.
  • Knowledge in Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services is also required.
  • Troubleshooting knowledge over Server level to User level queries is essential for this role, as is experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM.
  • Migration and Implementation experience in ISAM would be an added advantage.
  • Able to lead and participate in outage calls, create Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required.
  • Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report, creating policy and procedure manual.
  • Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the agreement, having excellent communication skills.
