Strategic Operations Leadership

We seek a seasoned leader to spearhead our end-to-end operations, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards in compliance with international benchmarks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across production, planning, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution functions, ensuring seamless execution of production targets with optimal resource utilization and minimal wastage.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives, driving business expansion through strategic partnerships and market research.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure effective preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to for all machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
  • Oversee production planning and material flow to meet customer order timelines, coordinating closely with merchandising, sourcing, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
  • Implement and monitor strict quality control measures across all production stages, ensuring compliance with buyer standards and international certifications.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and maintain product integrity.
  • Drive cost reduction through waste minimization, process optimization, and improved productivity, preparing and managing operational budgets for the manufacturing function.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in apparel/fabric manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end apparel production processes (knits, woven, fabric, finishing).
  • Proven track record in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence.
