Job Title: Sr. Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Project Delivery Lead to join our team. This is a senior-level position that requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget. They will lead cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong track record of delivering complex software projects, as well as experience in project management, leadership, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software projects
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and project management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Good understanding of software development life cycles
  • Knowledge of at least one software development framework (e.g. .NET, Java, PHP, Node, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps)
