Job Description

The Head of Operations role is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the execution and management of projects.

This individual will lead the execution of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and meeting client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Project Execution: Lead the project team to ensure successful project outcomes.
  2. Team Management: Manage and lead a team of project managers, engineers, and other support staff.
  3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective project execution and management.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Head of Operations will be responsible for managing peers and teams, including clients, team members, and external partners, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are managed.
