- Broaden our customer base by establishing new partnerships and fostering existing ones
- Understand customer and business needs to effectively cross-sell and up-sell Fleetx products
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and meet expectations
- Serve as a liaison between customers/partners and our engineering team
- Regularly assess partner needs and performance, maintaining high satisfaction rates
- Cooperate with other sales channels to avoid potential conflicts
- Work with partner sales personnel to maximize sales
- Manage sales funnels, forecasts, and opportunities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns
