In this role, you will administer IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and support project engagements in web security infrastructure enablement into application design. You will also assist teams with issue resolution, installing, upgrading, and configuring ISAM infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage ISAM objects, policies, and junctions, adding identity attributes.
  2. Enable web security infrastructure into application design through project engagements.
  3. Troubleshoot access issues in web applications and triage/resolve federation challenges.

Requirements:
  • Proven ISAM product expertise.
  • Hands-on experience managing large enterprise-wide ISAM deployments.
  • Experience with Identity as a Service and Federation technologies.
  • Strong customer service focus.
