Job Summary:
We seek a Training Manager to lead our training initiatives, focusing on skill development and knowledge enhancement for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis in collaboration with Business Heads to identify gaps in skills and competencies.
- Design and deliver engaging training modules on various products, including equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives.
- Develop an Annual training plan and calendar to align with organizational objectives.
- Update training materials regularly to reflect market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
- Implement Investor Awareness Programs to promote financial literacy and product understanding among investors.
Requirements:
- A winning mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
- Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA degree.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience, with prior experience in training preferred but not mandatory.
- NISM VA Certified (can be obtained before joining).
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
