Logistics Trainee Position

Our organization seeks trainees to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to learn logistics workflows.

This role involves assisting in daily operations, managing cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management. Strong communication skills are essential for preparing reports and presentations to internal teams and stakeholders.

The selected candidates will undergo structured training across various functions and gain valuable insights into industry best practices. They will also participate in data analysis, project support, and learning opportunities to understand logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations at Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depots.
  • Support the team in coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management.
  • Learn and implement operational processes of inbound/outbound freight, documentation, and inventory management at depots.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to prepare professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
