About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to own end-to-end project execution for custom learning solutions.

  • Develop and manage project plans aligned with client objectives
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments
  • Lead cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers
  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution
  • Provide clear feedback to team members and stakeholders
  • Manage project reporting and engage third-party vendors

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, project management experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.

A background in Instructional Design is a strong advantage, and PMI certification is highly desirable.
