Job Description

Straive, a leading provider of data solutions, is seeking an expert in machine learning to lead its Data Solutions business. This critical role will drive the creation of data assets that power our clients' data products and end customers' workflows.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, ensemble methods, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. They will apply their skills to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.

Responsibilities include building, deploying, and maintaining predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.

  • Lead a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems.
  • Apply expertise in machine learning to enhance user experiences.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.
