**About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Servicing Director to lead client relationships and execute strategic plans across creative and marketing projects. This role demands a strong communicator with expertise in advertising agency workflows, attention to detail, and ability to align brand objectives with compelling creative work. Based in Bangalore, the candidate will also contribute to business development across South India.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with client teams to understand their business strategies, marketing goals, and day-to-day requirements
  2. Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and on-time execution
  3. Develop comprehensive brand strategies, digital marketing plans, and execution timelines
  4. Translate client briefs into actionable work plans across digital and offline platforms
  5. Work alongside the content and creative teams to deliver structured, engaging content and campaign creatives
  6. Oversee the end-to-end development process — from research, creative concepts, artwork, documentation, to final rollout
  7. Review and edit content, artwork, and campaign messaging to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives
  8. Present creative concepts to clients, capture feedback, and ensure timely iterations
  9. Identify and pitch new potential clients, contributing to business expansion

**Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination
  • Familiarity with the Bangalore market and regional sensibilities is a plus
  • Ability to lead client discussions with confidence and strategic insight
