Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and management, with experience in tech or XR projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. They will also approve project documentation, collaborate with team leads to develop timelines, and coordinate with departments to allocate resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and task assignments.

  2. Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate critical concerns to senior leadership.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, including project status updates and financial information.

  5. Ensure compliance with internal processes, regulatory standards, and quality frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project coordination/management, ideally in tech or XR projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
