As a Project Lead, you will oversee local projects organization to deliver best-in-class projects that exceed customer expectations and achieve planned financial performance.

Purpose of the Position:

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of Project Managers in partnership with subcontractors to deliver projects in compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and customer requirements.

  • Manage a portfolio of projects within the location.
  • Lead a team of Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of projects at planned gross margins, leveraging company tools, processes, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Portfolio Management:
  • Develop skills, information, and management discipline necessary to deliver services in a timely manner at planned gross margins.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects within the location.
Service Areas Covered:
  • BMS Controls
  • Fire Alarm and Detection Systems
  • Security and Access Control Systems

Required Experience & Skills:

Experience and Skills:
  • Experience in project management with thorough knowledge of project operations and financial processes.
  • Supervisory knowledge with demonstrated ability to lead a team.

Experience Required:

- 14+ years of relevant experience.
