IT Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to drive the delivery of high-quality IT projects. This role requires a deep technical understanding, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in software development.

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
  • Facilitate Agile methodologies and best practices among project teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong background in software development, with hands-on coding experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven client-facing experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
