Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our paid media strategy across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling high-impact paid campaigns and possess a strong analytical mindset.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media plans across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize key metrics, including return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rate (CPL).
  • Run A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting for maximum effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to align campaign strategy with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform trends, tools, and best practices to drive growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling high-impact paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with ability to create effective reports.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, with preference for candidates based in India or available during flexible hours.
