About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive cohort analysis, building advanced attribution models, and collaborating with data engineers to design and maintain data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels using AppsFlyer data.
  • Calculate and monitor key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
