Job Summary:

The Procurement Manager will oversee the entire procurement process, including vendor verification, purchase order creation, and expediting orders as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 7-10 members, providing guidance and support for efficient operations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings for the business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Price and data analysis to ensure budget expectations are met or report necessary adjustments.
  • Supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods, services, and works.
  • Purchase requisition review and identification of appropriate sources for supply.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher (preferred).
  • Progressive experience in purchasing with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with data analysis using an enterprise procurement system.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ideal).
