Security Expert Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical support professional to join our team. As a Security Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to our valued customers.

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Tier 3 technical support role who will be handling escalations from the front line and Tier 2 technical support teams within the organization
  • Develop and implement configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide best practices to customers
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues and prepare detailed reports for official submissions to clients
  • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
  • Review and develop technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineering on filling bugs and working with product teams on feature requests
  • Lead case swarming and training sessions for frontline teams

Our ideal candidate has more than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience and possesses expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.). Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems, multi-factor authentication security systems, and security services is also highly desirable.
