Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Security Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support for security-related issues and performing real-time monitoring of malicious activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNS, and DHCP. They will also have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, such as 365 ATP Defender and Endpoint Manager (Intune conditional access/MDM/MAM).

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for managing technical support requests, creating and improving incident response playbooks, and performing post-incident reviews to improve Halma's incident response capability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Total experience of 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies, including Incident Response, Microsoft Defender, and Azure Sentinel.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, such as 365 ATP Defender and Endpoint Manager (Intune conditional access/MDM/MAM).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
