We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of AI-driven medical analysis tools.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in manual testing, quality assurance, and software validation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing thorough manual testing of AI-driven medical analysis tools to identify potential errors or defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual testing of AI-driven medical analysis tools using a combination of black box, white box, and grey box testing techniques
  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of medical analysis tools
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and domain experts, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Conducting specialized testing of AI/ML outputs to validate their accuracy and reliability
  • Working closely with physicians and legal teams to understand clinical requirements and regulatory compliance
  • Establishing and maintaining QA processes and documentation standards to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Identifying and tracking defects throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in manual QA, with a strong background in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing
  • Proficiency in web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
