Senior Associate Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and data migration.

  • Gather requirements with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Conduct requirement gap analysis.
  • Perform data model analysis.
  • Conduct data profiling to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Generate mappings for source to target transformations.
  • Assist in overall strategy and technical documentation.
  • Create SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Perform data visualization and reporting.
  • Create and elaborate user stories.
  • Provide handover to development and QA teams.
  • Assist in development and test reviews.
  • Conduct demos for feature acceptance.
  • Track risks to the engagement closely.
  • Report on project progress and status.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience on any ETL Tool.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and data profiling.
  • Experience working closely with clients.
  • Knowledge of the insurance domain.
  • Familiarity with agile principles and the role of a Business Analyst in a Scrum team.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Commitment to delivery excellence.
  • Experience in Data Hub
Preferred Skill Sets:
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in IICS and Snowflake.
  • Experience working with the Guidewire Insurance Suite.
  • Experience on working in P&C insurance domain.
  • Experience in data conversion engagements.
  • Experience in data warehousing.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in any Business Intelligence (BI) tool.
Job Requirements:

3-8 years of experience.

Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering degree.
