- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, EPCs, and government clients to drive revenue expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and data analysis, focusing on distribution, power, dry-type, and oil-cooled transformers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions for clients and drive sales success.
- Utilize CRM tools to track funnel visibility and provide accurate sales forecasts to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region, leveraging 8-15 years of experience in transformer sales or power equipment sales.
- Leverage a strong network within EPCs, utilities, infra companies, and industrial buyers in South India to drive sales growth.
- Achieve high-value sales targets and demonstrate a proven track record of closing deals.
- Possess a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, preferred but not required.
- Showcase exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills to succeed in this role.
