Job Title: Client Service Ambassador

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about products and services.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback, facilitating data-driven decision making and process improvements.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Meet performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge and company products to provide expert assistance to clients.
  • Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ticketing tools is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks is critical.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in BPO or US-based client support roles is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of customer success practices and client retention strategies is desirable.
