Job Opportunity

The Procurement Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the organization's procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective and efficient acquisition of goods and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to purchase order creation and vendor payment, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing, driving value for the organization.
  • Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, mitigating risk and maintaining a positive reputation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and sourcing needs, fostering effective partnerships.
  • Implement and maintain advanced procurement systems and tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and manage vendor relationships, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities and vendor staff, measuring progress and driving improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive strategies and contingency planning.
