Job Title

Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with client stakeholders in identifying business objectives and data needs. This includes conducting discovery sessions, translating business problems into detailed requirements, and developing user stories and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in writing BRD/FRD, Data Mapping, Traceability Matrix, and creating relevant documentation. They will work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to design solutions across targeting, segmentation, roster, incentive compensation, and forecasting workflows.

The successful candidate will also provide delivery and implementation support, act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, participate in UAT planning, testing support, and change management activities.

In addition, they will identify change impacts, craft comms and training artifacts, and support ongoing enhancements. A strong relationship with clients is essential, with a focus on understanding their evolving needs.

The Business Analyst will present concise updates to project managers and end-users, translating technical jargon into business value, and communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
