Investment Research Analyst Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Research Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in investment research and financial analysis, working closely with experienced analysts to support stock analysis and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough fundamental analysis of companies to assess their investment potential.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to project company performance and valuations.
  • Analyze stocks, monitor market trends, and provide insightful recommendations for investment strategies.
  • Write concise and well-researched reports, create professional presentations, and summarize findings for internal use.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed documentation to support research and investment processes.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Assist in tracking portfolio performance and preparing regular updates.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc research tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pursuing CFA Level I/II/III or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, comparables).
  • Ability to analyze stocks, draft research reports, and prepare professional presentations.
  • Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with MS PowerPoint and Word.
  • Basic understanding of capital markets and investment concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn about investment research.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
