Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Exploration: Extract insights from multiple data sources, identify patterns, and create forecasts based on historical trends.
  • Analytics Requirements: Collaborate with data teams and business stakeholders to define clear analytics requirements.
  • Partnering: Communicate recommendations to business partners and influence future plans based on insights.
  • Data Transformation: Interpret and transform data packets, applying complex calculations accurately and efficiently across large datasets.
  • Automation and Streamlining: Develop a deep understanding of business processes and work with stakeholders to automate or streamline processes for accurate data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in database interrogation and analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Passion for Data & Analytics.
  • Experience in automation and process streamlining.
  • Experience in visualization tools is a plus.
  • Good communication approach for varied business and technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally and define problem statements, collect data, build analytical reports, and suggest insights.
  • Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting and dashboarding.
