Business Analyst Job Summary

This role involves working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver enhancements and new functionalities that improve trading, clearing, and settlement processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets, trade life cycle, and derivatives products.

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to capture key needs and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Maintain and update Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure accurate tracking of requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring requirements are technically feasible and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review test cases for functional and UAT phases to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
  • Coordinate UAT execution, defect triage, and resolution tracking to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile BA, NCFM Capital Markets) are preferred but not mandatory.
