Product Development Expert

We are seeking a Product Development Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and developing complex pieces of equipment.

  • End-to-end product design and development of Injection molding machines/Extrusion Machines/Special Purpose Machines/Heavy Machineries.
  • Concept design, machine design calculations (bending/torsion), material selection, and knowledge about heat treatment processes.
  • Customization of Standard and New machines with variant configuration and competitor product analysis.
  • Design and develop complex pieces of equipment such as Screws, twin screws, manifolds, and precise equipment like tie bars, cylinders, and valves.
  • Selection of machine elements like cylinders, bearings, LmGuides, couplings, servo motors, Hyd pumps, rotary unions, etc.
  • Reverse engineering and design optimization for cost reduction and DFMEA.
  • Knowledge about SPI/Euro map standards in design and development of injection molding machines.
  • Good knowledge in manufacturing processes such as casting, heavy fabrication, light fabrication, welding, and machine operations.
  • Experience in sheet metal design and specifications.
