Senior Cisco UCCE and Release Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cisco UCCE and Release Management Specialist to join our organization.

  • Supporting experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party call recording platforms:
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting:
  • Mastery of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms:
  • In-depth understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP:
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes:
  • Understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models:
  • Proficiency in VOIP and Performance Management Tools:
  • Experience in integrating other tools:
  • Knowledge of telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogue signalling:
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment:
  • Cisco Voice platform expertise:
  • Work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms:
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills:
  • Coordination with third-party providers for problem resolution:
  • Advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, upgrades & site coordination:
  • Point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work & escalations:
  • Team support and process improvements through individual contributions:
  • Maintenance and update of knowledge base and documentation & initiation of process improvements:
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills:
