UCCE L3 Engineer Opportunity

Role: UCCE L3 Engineer

Experience Required: 10+ Years

  • A highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Unified Customer Contact Express (UCCX) and other third-party call recording platforms is required.
  • Proficient in basic Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP and CUIC components and troubleshooting procedures is essential.
  • Experience in creating Media Anchor Control Devices (MACDs) in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP as well as ITIL processes is required.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Voice network deployment models and the functioning of voice network devices is necessary.
  • Knowledge of VOIP and Performance Management Tools including integration with other tools is essential.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment is necessary.
  • Experience working with Cisco Voice platforms including CUCM, UCCE, UCCCH and CVP is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to coordinate with third-party providers and OEMs for incident resolution are required.
  • Advanced remote and on-site troubleshooting capabilities encompassing system design issues upgrade plans technical documentation creation site coordination and team support are necessary.
  • Point of contact for service delivery issues pending work escalations and process improvements through individual contributions is required.
  • Maintenance and update of Knowledge Base and documentation as well as initiation and implementation of process improvements are essential.
