We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. They should have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire a diverse IT team. The candidate should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to make decisions quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
  • Developing and implementing IT policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintaining documentation and procedures for audits.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues promptly.
  • Planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in IT management.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in leading/ managing an IT team/projects.
