Job Description
  • We are seeking a Senior Manager- Accounts to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with IND AS standards.
  • Key responsibilities include managing month-end and year-end closing processes, implementing internal controls, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
  • Additional duties include handling GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances, as well as budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Our Senior Manager- Accounts will also be responsible for monitoring cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources, coordinating internal and statutory audits, and providing data and compliance inputs to assist operational teams/management in decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of IND AS accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
