Job Title: Enterprise Security StrategistAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced security leader to strengthen our organization's security posture across cloud, applications, and enterprise infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in security strategy, cloud security, DevSecOps automation, risk governance, and incident response, with a proven record of leading security transformations in large-scale organizations.

This is a senior permanent role where the candidate will be expected to build the security team from the ground up and lead the security vertical, ensuring robust governance, scalability, and long-term resilience for the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Security Leadership
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide security architecture and frameworks across multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead secure software development life cycle (SDLC) adoption, threat modeling, application security reviews, and web application firewall (WAF) implementation.
  • Drive DevSecOps practices, including automation of compliance checks, vulnerability management, and secure infrastructure provisioning.
Security Vertical Ownership
  • Establish and grow the security team from the ground up, setting up processes, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Act as the head of the security vertical, accountable for strategy, execution, and reporting to leadership.
  • Build a strong pipeline of security talent and mentor engineers to achieve maturity in security operations.
Risk Management & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to balance business needs with security risk tolerance, translating technical risk into actionable business decisions.
  • Continuously improve security policies, procedures, and audit readiness.
Cybersecurity Operations & Incident Response
  • Work with security operation centers (SOCs) and incident response teams to detect, investigate, and remediate security threats and incidents.
  • Develop and optimize incident response playbooks to improve containment, recovery, and resilience.
  • Implement proactive monitoring and security automation to reduce exposure to malicious events.
Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices across development and infrastructure teams.
  • Provide strategic mentorship to engineers and stakeholders on threat trends, secure coding, and compliance.
  • Lead documentation, training, and awareness programs to promote a strong security culture.
