Role Summary

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineer to develop and implement advanced wireless communication systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RAN technology, including Private 5G networks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Defining wireless coverage requirements and selecting radio solutions based on project needs.
  • Analyzing and mitigating RAN network interference, performing dimensioning, link budget analysis, coverage planning, and reporting.
  • Assisting customers in procuring private 5G spectrum and preparing bills of materials (BoM)/bills of quantities (BoQ) as required.
  • Staying up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcasing product offerings based on customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Preparing technical proposals responses for tender/RFPs involving private mobile networks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for staying current on industry trends and advancements in RAN technology while maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism in their work.
