Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog for the Para Platform, aligning with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Translate high-level vision and business goals into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including building owners, facilities managers, IoT partners, and internal teams, to gather insights and validate requirements.
  • Champion customer experience and usability, ensuring product decisions are guided by data and feedback.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in smart buildings and IoT to inform product strategy.
  • Track product performance using KPIs such as adoption, engagement, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the voice of the customer during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in SaaS, IoT, PropTech, or smart building domains.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), or energy management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
